A walk through Plaza Villarroel will take you to the museum, which was dedicated to the Bolivian revolution of April 9, 1952, when the nationalization of the mines, the agrarian reform, the Chaco war and other military dictatorships took place. The establishment preserves murals that Unesco took under its protection following the 1980 coup d'état. Do not miss the work of Miguel Alandia Pantoja, a fervent opponent of the dictatorship, entitled El Triunfo de la Revolución.
