Superb panoramic view of the city. Jacha Kullu means "large hill" in Aymara. It is one of the wakas (ritual centre for Andean culture). In 1781, it was the strategic centre of the army of Tupac Katari during the defence of La Paz. Be very vigilant because the place is not very safe.
