The Hotel Inca Utama & Spa is a good base from which to explore Lake Titicaca in ideal conditions of comfort, although the establishment is sometimes a little decrepit: ask to be accommodated in the most recent rooms, as the older ones are a little outdated and would benefit from renovation. The hotel offers 67 rooms (including 4 suites) of good quality with private heating and bathroom facilities, an astronomical observatory, the Kallawaya Museum of Natural Medicine, a top-class restaurant and other activities.
