It's in a half-Amazonian, half-restaurant decor, among plants, sculptures and colorful ornaments that Rudy, the chef, prepares complete meals of trout, chicken or beef served with rice, French fries, a small salad and the famous Llajua, the ultra fresh local sauce made of tomatoes, locoto peppers, fresh herbs and onions. Moreover, having worked for several years in England (well, we agree, he could have chosen better gastronomy...), Rudy will have brought back solid skills in cooking and service.
