Formerly the Nikkei Plaza Hotel, the Flores has been completely redone. Decor nicely kitsch. The whole is very clean and the rooms are large. Ask for a room with a view of the square and the statue of the Virgen de Socavón. Right in the middle of the plaza Principal, it's the perfect place to get a great view of the sumptuous carnival. You can book directly or through an agency in La Paz from December. But, in this period, there is a big chance that it is full. Attentive service.
