The Flores has a nicely kitsch decor. It's very clean and the rooms are spacious, although the bathrooms could do with a good renovation. Ask for a room with a view of the plaza and the statue of the Virgen de Socavón. Right in the middle of the plaza Principal, it's the ideal place to enjoy a breathtaking view of the sumptuous carnival. You can book directly or through an agency in La Paz from December onwards. But, at this time of year, there's a good chance it will be fully booked. Attentive service.
