An institution in Cochabamba for more than 80 years located on the Prado. Unfortunately it seems that it hasn't changed much since then! Very popular at weekends, however the service can be very long and, above all, the quality of the food varies enormously from one day to the next... You may just stumble upon a good day! Typical local cuisine is served: picante de lengua, ranga blanca (a soup with tripe and potatoes), chorizo criollo, and of course the inevitable macho pique. Some grilled fish dishes. Very popular at weekends.
