This bar-restaurant has a chic atmosphere. You can go dressed as a Quechua if you like, but you'll really stand out from the crowd! Even the waiters are dressed to the nines, all in black. You come here to see and be seen when you're a local, or just to enjoy the 360° view of Cochabamba when you're a tourist. And incidentally, to devour the rather expensive, but well-executed fusion dishes. Special mention for the pork glazed with soy sauce served on a bed of orange sweet potato purée. Cocktails and sorbets also worth trying.
