At this fast-food chain (there are several establishments in the city), you can enjoy excellent salteñas in a modern, well-appointed setting. The large bay windows overlook the Prado. These Bolivian empanadas contain meat (beef or chicken), egg and spices, and are served with a small broth. Several sauces are offered with your salteña, depending on whether you prefer it mild, hot or very hot. A good, unpretentious address. There are other establishments in Cochabamba.
