CONVENTO-MUSEO SANTA TERESA
This religious complex of baroque inspiration, includes a large central patio, a tower with two bells and many corridors
Originally this monastery built in 1760 was home to nuns of the order of the Discalced Carmelites. Of Baroque inspiration, this religious complex, with its dome dominating the tiled roofs, includes a large central patio, a tower with two bells and numerous corridors. It was entirely restored between 2013 and 2018. The complex deserves a visit for the beauty of its colonial architecture. Guided tours take place every hour and last just over an hour.
