In a romantic atmosphere with a baroque-chic decor to match, El Solar offers Chuquisaqueñas, Spanish(tapas, potato tortilla, paella...) and French specialties. Quality cuisine based on many local and organic products. Their Bolivian adaptation of coq au vin is particularly noteworthy. The lunchtime menu is particularly attractive. In the evening, there's an à la carte choice and a 5- to 7-course tasting menu. El Solar attracts both discerning tourists and local gourmets. Attentive, elegant service.
