Gourmet haute cuisine the way we like it, prepared with local ingredients, often unknown and forgotten, and elegantly presented. Considered one of the best restaurants in the country, its menu includes some very unusual dishes, such as ice cream with red chillies, chicha foam (fermented corn drink) or filet mignon cooked over the coals in a black beer sauce. Its chef, Juan Pablo Gumiel, also owns La Ramona, which offers a completely different cuisine (fried chicken, pizzas, hamburgers).
