Nestled on the third floor of an old, refurbished building, Papavero is an excellent Italian restaurant embracing the slow food concept. The chef learned his trade in Italy, and is assisted by a pizzaiolo who is also a native of the Botte. He won't hesitate to come and advise you. The products are meticulously selected, and the quality of the food is very high. The pizzas are succulent, not to mention the delicious homemade pasta. The menu varies according to the fresh produce available. Chic, distinguished atmosphere with soft music. A real favorite.
