CENTRAL SUGAR MERCADO
This market is home to the restaurant 7 Linares, which serves the best chuquisaqueño chorizo, famous throughout the country
One of the most beautiful markets in Bolivia. You can find absolutely everything there. Always crowded, so watch out for pickpockets. The market is arranged on two floors in a concrete building, but the sun's rays manage to infiltrate the building, giving rise to beautiful plays of light. The fruit and vegetable stalls are colourful and fresh juices can be tasted on the spot. Comedor upstairs. Don't miss the 7 Linares restaurant at the entrance to the market, which serves the best chorizos chuquisaqueños , renowned throughout the country.
