Housed in a beautiful colonial building that was once the premises of the Banco Mercantil, this restaurant is one of Potosí's finest eateries. It offers a varied menu in a warm and welcoming setting. Specialties include llama meat, parilladas, fish... and even quinoa burgers and fondue bourguignonne! In the evening, you can try the famous Kalapurca, a thick corn soup with a hot volcanic stone, eaten by miners for breakfast. The all-you-can-eat buffet lunch is delicious and inexpensive.
