If Potosinos had one place to recommend for a lunch break, it would definitely be this tiny dining room with turquoise walls, decorated with frames depicting Cerro Rico, Christ, and the city's monuments. It has been serving the best salteñas in the region for 60 years, cooked on site in a wood-fired oven, and served individually with a bottle of soda. It's a pleasure to be packed (yes!) around the restaurant's 4 small tables to enjoy these delicious stuffed turnovers. Get there early!
