Located at the very bottom of the city, San Benito offers a curious vision, a mixture of a view of Istanbul and the Andes. Its priest had to get the four million bricks that make it up one by one. It is the most original church in the city. Built between 1711 and 1758, it has a Latin cross floor plan, with nine domes, reminiscent of the Byzantine style. Inside, you will be able to appreciate paintings of the school of Cuzco. Go down a few blocks to an old mining camp, from where one of the most beautiful views of Potosí can be seen.
