TORRE DE LA COMPAÑÍA DE JESÚS
This tower with its thirty-two twisted columns, is one of the monuments that magnify the imperial image of the city
One of the monuments that magnifies the city's imperial image is the tower, which features thirty-two twisted columns decorated with grapevines, and five openings surrounding the main one, similar to a triumphal arch. Three domes crown the bodies of the tower. The original church no longer exists. The tower now houses the tourist office, but you can climb it to admire the view over the town. It is beautifully illuminated at night.
