For La Paz. The trip is done at night. The most comfortable buses (heated and safe) are those of Todo Turismo, they leave around 8pm. Bring a sleeping bag, because it is very cold, and breakdowns in the middle of the Altiplano happen... sometimes. Departures with the Panamericana company.

For Oruro. Departures around 7:30 pm.

To Potosí. Trans-Emperador, Trans-American and Trans-11 de Julio. Daily departures at 10am, 1:30pm, 6pm and 7pm. Allow 4 hours for travel.

To Sucre. Departures at 10am, 1:30pm, 7pm and 9pm.

To Tupiza. Frequent departures, count 4 hours of travel.
