Located in the Shopping Center, Sal Negra is the perfect place to have breakfast or a juice during the day. The prices are a little higher than elsewhere. If the setting is ordinary, the menu is varied: they serve national dishes as well as soups, lasagna, pasta, steak and chips, chicken milanesas ... On the other hand, like many establishments in Uyuni, the service leaves something to be desired... Many tourists had a very unpleasant experience while others loved it. In short, you might as well make up your own mind.
