This brand new restaurant run by two young enthusiastic brothers is a real gem! Warm atmosphere and modern and funky decoration. The food is delicious. You will have the choice between fixed menus of 4, 5 or 7 courses concocted mainly with local and seasonal products. Vegetarian and vegan options. The plates are real works of art and offer a kaleidoscope of flavors. The service is very attentive. A gastronomic experience, let's say, rather unexpected in a salt desert..
