This new café in the center of Uyuni is pleasing for its sophisticated decor, pleasant background music, good wifi, and the coffees and teas served. It also has a modest vegetarian menu. We tried the burger, which was a little dry, but the sautéed purple potatoes served alongside were delicious, and the quinoa salad was good with fresh avocado. The atmosphere is friendly and you can waste your time looking at maps of the region to plan your expedition. In the entrance hall, a few paintings by local artists are on display.
