MEMOS COFFEE BISTRO
In Uyuni, few new addresses open every year. Memo's is worth a visit for its concept, which is a welcome change from restaurants open only in the evening. This café-bistro is the place to go from breakfast to dinner, to devour unpretentious, inexpensive dishes. Excellent breakfasts and coffees (espresso, cappuccino, etc.). At lunchtime, the star of the menu is a delicious burger dripping with cheddar cheese, while in the afternoon, the café serves delicious cakes and cheesecakes. The setting is superb, modern and urban, which is a little out of place in this small village!
