The brand new Mercado Central has, as in all markets in Bolivia, a comedor on the first floor. A whole range of establishments are waiting for you to offer you local specialities, to be tasted at the table with the locals who crowd there. This is your chance to try saice, picante de pollo, sopa de mani or chorizos! On the ground floor, you can wander among the many stalls and buy fresh fruit juice, fruit and vegetables, meat, bread, cakes... Sometimes there are also cultural events at the Mercado Central!
