This meat restaurant is one of the best in Tarija. You won't be disappointed. Treat yourself to achuras (giblets) as a starter, followed by bife de chorizo, picanha, colita de cuadril or chancho la cruz with all the enthusiasm of an accomplished carnivore. All meats are parilla-cooked, in true Argentine style. To be accompanied by a good local wine, of course. Excellent buffet of side dishes (salads, garnishes). A little pricey, but well worth it.
