Just 5 minutes from the main square, across the street from Hostal Carmen, Residencial Rosario offers rooms with shared bathroom facilities surrounding a lovely patio. Hot water and well kept common areas. Also some simple (and a bit dark) rooms with private bathrooms. The decoration is very seventies oriented. This hostel is the ideal place if you want to meet other travellers. The rates are really good for the city. One of the best options in this price range in Tarija.

L'endroit est paisible et propre. Le service est impeccable. L'établissement se situe à 5 minutes de marche de la place centrale et le prix est raisonnable. Les atouts de cette auberge sont les chambres à occupation simple et double ainsi que la quiétude des lieux.
