We recommend a visit to the «Casa Vieja» where wine is made in a very artisanal way. It is an old typical building that is expanding right now to offer traditional shows (peña folkloric). Restaurant with a view of the vineyard or inside, where you can propose classic classics, like the pious lengua or chancho. Bottles for sale are filled with various colored ornamentations. It's not necessarily big raw, but it's original.

Le décor champêtre et vieillot de ce vignoble ainsi que la vue sur les vignes depuis le restaurant sont deux atouts de l'endroit. Sans présenter de grands crûs, l'établissement est charmant et fait déguster allègrement ses produits. Contrairement aux autres vignobles de la région, ce dernier est ouvert le dimanche, ce qui représente un avantage quand on ne passe que quelques jours à Tarija.
