Camila Lechin is the young chef behind Hapo. She worked in many international gourmet restaurants before opening her own chic restaurant in Santa Cruz. She creates auteur cuisine inspired by her expertise in French, Peruvian and fusion cuisine, with local products, following her inspiration of the moment. Hapo means "ray" in Guarani, and this is the philosophy of this sunny table, its tasting menu cooked with finesse and creativity. Tropical fruits such as açaí, tamarind and passion fruit take pride of place.
