Museum in the house where Hugo was born with church objects and photos, a tribute to Hans Roth, initiator of the restorations
Hugo Banzer Suárez, Bolivia's dictator and president, was born in this house. On display are objects from various churches, photos (of the different stages of reconstruction) and a tribute to Hans Roth, who initiated all the restoration work. During the visit to the restoration workshop, work continues uninterrupted. In the room next to the workshop, painters are busy decorating various carved wooden objects.
