A century-old establishment, comfortable and welcoming, with the cachet of old bourgeois houses from the days when rubber and Brazil nuts made the city's fortune. Le Colonial is nevertheless ideally located for enjoying the city. Rooms are equipped with a small fridge, wifi and a fan to cool the muggy air, or air-conditioning for the more expensive rooms. Communal areas to enjoy the old-fashioned atmosphere. Pretty tropical garden. The breakfast is exceptional.
