Located high above the village, El Mirador is the best restaurant in Vallegrande, offering international dishes such as beer chicken, Spanish paella, Segovian pork, Basque salad... All accompanied by a good Bolivian beer. Beautiful views from the terrace of this large house overlooking the valley. Rooms are also available: all are impeccably kept and have private bathrooms. A very romantic place to dine.
