The Terminal Sur de Taxqueña is the smallest of the four bus stations in the city. It offers buses to Tepoztlán, Acapulco, Taxco, Cuernavaca and Zihuatanejo, as well as sporadic buses to other places like Oaxaca, Puebla, Puerto Escondido, Monterrey, Querétaro, Colima and Guadalajara. It is best to avoid going there on weekends because of the long lines caused by numerous truck departures. It is best to bring some food with you, as there are no shops or restaurants on site.
