It is the temple of poke, this Hawaiian speciality of Japanese inspiration based on rice, raw fish and condiments of your choice. Some dishes have a little Mexican touch that we really appreciate. You can create your own poke from the products offered: choice of rice or quinoa for the base; choice of tuna, shrimp, tofu, chicken, salmon, etc., for the protein; seaweed, avocado, chili peppers, edamame, tomato, mango, broccoli, etc., for the filling.
