The concept of Pollos Poncho is simple: here, the chicken is king, and we enjoy it without fuss, just roasted, with the skin that crunches under the tooth. For the hungry or if you are several, you can order it whole. For one person, a quarter of chicken is usually enough. Tacos, tortas and burritos (with chicken, of course) are excellent.
