Beautiful, refined and elegant place, just in front of the Manuel Tolsá square and very close to the Chamber of Senators. The cuisine is Mexican with mestizo and pre-Hispanic roots: the huazontles en tortita (a dish based on a typical Mexican plant) are to be discovered, as well as the cazuelita de tuetanos (marrow), not forgetting the classic ceviche (marinated raw fish). For dessert, you'll be spoilt for choice (it's rare!): Empress Carlotta's favourite dessert (rose petal cake) is on the menu.
