He claims a prehispanic legacy, confronting unknown ingredients whose cooking is far from obvious. For the cheeses, prefer to taste dishes in soup, where the shapes and textures will appear less alarming. Très bon accueil et plein d'explications pour ce restaurant situé près du mercado de San Juan. On peut y goûter des plats d'insectes et de larves de l'ancienne cuisine aztèque.
