Opened in 1913, this colourful room was given a new look a few years ago to refresh it all, with urban art frescoes in a pre-Hispanic design to brighten it all up. But don't worry, the place, if it now attracts a younger clientele, has nothing trendy: we still use as many plastic basins and jars to store the raw material, the stools and tables are still made of metal and the clientele is still as friendly.
