FORMER CONVENT OF ACOLMAN
Magnificent convent built in the early th century by the order of St Augustine. The construction of this building dates back to 1524, making it one of Mexico's oldest monasteries. Even though the building has been partially reconstructed in the following centuries, the convent still has a few original paintings from the th century. In the rooms, there are also some religious exhibits from the colonial era. If you visit the pyramids of Teotihuacán, make a little detour to the former Couvent convent, you will not regret it.
