Botanical garden created in an artificial way to gather the most emblematic cactus species of the valley.
About 10% of this garden has been artificially created to gather the most emblematic cactus species of the Zapotitlan Valley. The rest of the area has been left natural, with only interpretive trails and observation towers. Here, the columnar cacti(Neobuxbaumia tetetzo) reach up to ten meters in height and two centuries in age, forming a veritable forest that covers the hills and the plain.
