A beautiful hotel in a 17th century building, which has two attractions: its decoration and its architecture. The last station of the lift takes you to the glassed-in restaurant-bar-lounge, with views of the cathedral and the square, and also of the Casa de las Conspiraciones or house of Don Gabriel García Obéso, where the "Insurgentes" who decided to start the independence movement met in 1809. Very good address, whose rooms are soberly decorated (parquet floor or tiles of old type) and with taste.
