The former convent of Santa Rosa, whose temple dates from the middle of the XVIII century, belonged to the Dominican sisters. Today, he houses a conservatory of music. It is considered to be the oldest in America, since music courses have been given since 1743. The walk within this labyrinth of courtyards and stairs is done in the sound of the melodies repeated by the students. Don't miss the Thursday evening recitals, the programming is sharp and of impeccable quality.
