LA CASA DE LOS VIENTOS
Dolores Olmedo was the friend and patron of the painter Diego Rivera. When she acquired this house at the top of a corniche in 1948, she arranged a workshop for the artist. In 1956, Diego Rivera lives in 1954 murals, including a fresco on the entire exterior wall, using coloured shells and tiles, representing the Divinité Prehispanic Divinité. It is also here that Diego prepares his last exhibition, before dying in November 1957. Since 2003, the place operates as a cultural centre, activities and random times; even if it is closed on the day of your visit, enthusiasts can always observe the fresco on the exterior wall.
