Site that hosts every year the extreme diving championships in Acapulco.
Since 1934, the famous cliff divers jump from the top of La Quebrada (45 m high). Every year, the site hosts extreme diving championships. The three seconds of free fall are enough to make them hit the waters of the channel at a speed of 90 km/h: the timing must be perfect since they have to wait for the arrival of the wave to have enough water depth to avoid crashing on the rocks; if no death has been reported since 1935, long-term injuries are legion.

A show cut the soufflé! Their jumps are breathtaking and very dangerous for divers jump between the rocks against which the waves break out. Just breathtaking!
