The Teca is known as one of the best restaurants in Oaxaca. It is a little away from the historic centre, but it is an opportunity to get out of the tourist area. On the menu, traditional cuisine in the Isthme Isthmus: zee (mole of corn), mole of shrimp, garnachas, icaco (typical fruit of the region).
