Las tlayudas are a specialty of the Oaxaca region: a large grilled corn patty filled with mashed beans, salad, cheese and pieces of meat (chorizo, cecina or other), all covered with a spicy sauce. This all-night restaurant is known for serving the best tlayudas in town, which can be eaten in the colourful walls of the restaurant or on the sidewalk after dark. Try it at least once during your stay.
