The success of Los Danzantes is undeniable. Its menu celebrates the ethnic mix of the different communities in the region, introducing original and sweet flavors. Chef Gustavo Muñoz pays special attention to the rhythm of the seasons and the subtleties of the aromas, while at the same time assuming a great deal of artistic expression. His restaurant is first and foremost a culinary laboratory where a respectful dialogue with Oaxacan culinary traditions is privileged. What's more, his interior courtyard is simply phenomenal.
