In 1978, the Basque brothers Urgatecha decided to open, in a th century colonial house, the first restaurant in the city combining regional, international and Basque cuisine. The diversity and quality of dishes make it one of the most famous of the city. Whether you choose one of the many Basque specialities or the dish of "chapulines" (grilled grasshoppers, specialities from Oaxaca) you will always be satisfied. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Offers a wide selection of wines and spirits. Reservations recommended.

Very pleasant setting. Refined cuisine, rather expensive for Mexique.Réserver, preferably the day before. Long room open on the zocalo. For several years, a group of musicians of very good has played from 20:00
