CRIOLLO
This is an adventure proposed by Chief Luis Arrellano, who starts in this sober and white house away from the tumult of the historic centre of the city. First surprise, you enter the place by the kitchen, where you can see the various professions in the book. follow the hall itself and then, after a small cactées garden, a land where Doña marina manufactures its tortillas and comal tortillas. Inspired by his family kitchen in Oaxaca and formed with the great chefs of the country and the city, Luis Arrellano now offers a day gastronomy based solely on seasonal products and market discoveries. A know-how (and know what know-how) that he intends to share with his future hosts by soon proposing trips including visits to local markets and cooking seminars. A whole menu.
