A restaurant that is making some noise in Oaxaca, for its innovative approach and the quality of its cuisine. The menu, which changes every 6 months, is simple but offers some surprises... For each dish, the chef suggests a pairing with a cocktail made with Pal Dolor mezcal, the house mezcal. They are all more delicious than the others... The prices are affordable and the service is impeccable. If there is still room, ask for a table on the terrace upstairs.
