This small restaurant offers a technically perfect and deliciously creative cuisine. Sometimes you can find the flavours of Oaxacan products but concocted and arranged in an original way, such as these pork confits, lamb shanks and duck tacos. There are also pastries: if you are lucky, you will find a perfectly executed strawberry cake. Beautifully presented and with a small bistro atmosphere to bring a tear of nostalgia. After several years of delighting visitors, this is now a real classic.
