This is without a doubt the best restaurant in Zipolite. Not without reason, since it is run by real professional chefs, Paco and Javier. It serves quality contemporary Mexican cuisine: shrimp with tamarind, tuna hearts with balsamic and rosemary reduction, beef medallions... The restaurant is not on the beach, but given the quality of the cuisine, the view is not important, especially since the ever-changing setting will certainly delight you. Reservations recommended in high season
